Your GP

Your GP can help you look after your sexual health. GP’s can provide free contraception, emergency contraception and sexual health & family planning advice.

Most GP practices can provide oral contraception (the pill), contraceptive injections (Depo-Provera) and emergency contraception (the morning after pill).

Some practices provide a wider range of contraception including implant and intrauterine device (the coil) fitting. Male and female condoms are NOT available for free at your GP.
